Why am I receiving invitations and reminders again? I have already successfully completed the training and even have a certificate.

Symptom: You receive new invitations and reminders by email for trainings that you have already completed successfully and for which you can even find a certificate under “My Certificates”.

• Cause: Trainings in your organization are repeated on a regular basis. Since a new cycle has started, your course has been marked as “open” again and you received a new invitation or reminder for the new training cycle.
• Solution: Complete the training(s) again.
