What to do with the downloaded certificate

What should I do with the certificate I have downloaded?

Have you successfully completed your training and downloaded your certificate? Congratulations!

Important note: Please do not email your certificate to lawpilots’ service team.

Why?
At lawpilots, we are the technical service provider: we provide the LMS+ platform and the training content. However, we do not manage your company’s participants, completions, or personnel files. For data protection reasons, we cannot and are not allowed to archive or forward your certificate for you.

What you need to do instead:
Please submit the certificate directly to your internal Learning Manager. Your success will be officially recorded and stored there.

💡Who is my "Learning Manager"?

The learning manager is typically a person from your Human Resources (HR) department, a Compliance Officer, or your direct supervisor. In some cases, the IT department can also help. This is the person or department that originally registered you for the training.
