How can you enroll participants in training cycles?
In the Learning Management section, you can easily enroll training cycles to your learners:
Log in to lawpilots LMS+ and select Learners from the menu on the left.
Select either all learners or the specific ones by checking the boxes next to their names.
Sorting and filtering functions are available to help you search for specific groups of learners,
The Actions dropdown menu displays a list of available options. Select Enroll in training cycles here.
An information window will appear, in which you can now select from both active and scheduled training cycles.
New learners cannot be enrolled in completed or inactive cycles.
You can also search specifically for a particular cycle based on the name you assigned to that training cycle. The corresponding start date is displayed for each cycle
Select one or more training cycles. You can select both active and planned training cycles at the same time. Once everything is selected, click Continue
You’ll see a brief overview of your selection for review—then click Enrol
Note: If enrollment notifications are enabled for the selected training cycles, an email will be sent to new enrolled learners
- immediately upon enrollment for active training cycles
- on the start date of the cycle for planned training cycles
After successful enrollment, you can double-check the selected training cycles for each participant at any time by expanding the information in the “Training cycles” column
If the enrollment fails for some learners, you will get a notification:
By clicking on 'Show learners with failed enrolment' you will see a detailed list of who was not enrolled and in which cycle.
These learners are either already enrolled in the selected cycle or in another cycle of this training that overlaps with it.
Note: Learners can be enrolled in multiple consecutive training cycles of a course, but not in cycles of that course that overlap in time.
Previously selected learners who are not included in this error message were successfully enrolled in their respective training cycles.
