Unarchive Learners

To reactivate archived learners, log into your lawpilots LMS+ and navigate to the "Learning Management" area.
Chose the menu "Learners"  to access the user overview of learners.
Next, select the tab "Archive" on the top left side of the page to access archived learner data and restore archived learners.

 

Archived Learners


On Tab "Archive" you find a list of archived learners. On this tab you can restore archived learners or download their training records at any time during the 90-day archive period.
After that, learners will be automatically removed.

Archiving learners is for offboarding learners from LMS+. Once you archive a learner he will no longer have access to LMS+ and will be removed from the assigned trainings. The learner record will still be available in the tab "Archiving" for the meantime, but will be automatically removed after 90 days.

Archiving and removing a learner from LMS+ is not the recommended progress to edit or update learners as the training assignment will be lost if you archive a learner. If you want to edit a learner please see chapter Updating Learners.

Archived learners can be restored in case they have been mistakenly archived.

 

Unarchive Learners


If you mistakenly archived someone, you can revert the action easily. 

1. To restore a learner navigate in the list of learners to the user which you want to restore and choose "Action". In the Dropdown select "Unarchive learner" to restore the learner in LMS+:

2. Read through the provided information in "Unarchive learner" and select "Unarchive" to restore the learner.

3. The account of the learner will be reactivated and the learner can log in as usual. The learner record will be present in the list of learners on the "Manage" tab again.

Note that it might be needed to check the training assignments and learning progress for the restored learner.

The Archive tab will continue to evolve with extended features.
Soon, you’ll be able to download the training records for archived learners from the Archive tab before soft-deleting accounts — giving you a secure backup and peace of mind.
