'My Trainings’ section is empty. Trainings are missing. Where to find my trainings?

Symptom: The view in this section does not show any training tiles.

• Cause: No trainings have been assigned to you yet/anymore
• Solution: Please contact your internal learning manager. They have an overview of the training process in your organization and can either assign any missing trainings to you or inform you about the planned training start

💡Who is my "Learning Manager"?

The learning manager is typically a person from your Human Resources (HR) department, a Compliance Officer, or your direct supervisor. In some cases, the IT department can also help. This is the person or department that originally registered you for the training.
