Updating Learners

To update the details of your learners, log into your lawpilots LMS+ and navigate to the "Learning Management" area.
Chose the menu "Learners"  and select the tab "Manage" on the top left side of the page.

You can either change base data from existing learners or upload a new learner with a correct email address.

If you want to change base data, like firstname, lastname, department, re-upload the learner data via CSV Import with modified information and the learner in LMS+ will be updated.

When uploading a new CSV file include the same email address for a learner which already exists in LMS+ with modified base data and the learner in LMS+ will be updated. Note that if the user does not exist he will be created new, if the learner already exists with the email address in LMS+, the information for the learner will be updated. 

Note: You can reliably load new data via our CSV Import, as the CSV Import will not remove any data in LMS+. This means that you can edit already present learners by uploading only the modified learner data via CSV Import. Please see chapter How to add a learner for further information around the CSV Import.

Upload new learner with a correct email address


If you have uploaded an incorrect email address you can archive the learner and create the learner with the correct email address again. We only recommend to only archive learners if their email address is wrong or if they should be removed permanently from the system as they will lose access to LMS+.
