How to view details of your subscriptions

To view your subscriptions, go to the Administration section in your learning management view.

There you will find an overview of all your subscriptions. Active subscriptions are currently running contracts and show the courses that can be actively used for your training cycles. Past, replaced subscriptions would also be displayed to you here as inactive.

For each subscription, you see:

• Our internal subscription designation (usually contains SUB/Year/Month/ID)
• The status (active or inactive)
• The contract period (independent of training cycle durations)
• The list of active users in the current contract cycle. (A user becomes active when at least 1 training cycle in the current contract year is or was assigned to this learner. Learners who have not yet been assigned to any training cycle in this contract year are not counted.)

Furthermore, on the right-hand side, you can view or hide additional details for each subscription.

In the details, you see:

• All courses booked by you 
• Your languages in which you have booked these courses and which are available for selection by your learners when starting this training
• The number of licenses booked for this training
