Where to find my previous training courses?

Where did my currently ongoing training courses go?

By switching to freely configurable training cycles, your previous fixed training cycles—which were tied to the contract duration of your subscription for their start and end dates—were automatically transferred 1-to-1 into now configurable cycles.

Example:

• You are currently providing training for Data Protection Basics, Information Security Basics, and Occupational Health and Safety in the Office
• 100 learners are enrolled in each, and half have already completed the training
• The duration based on the subscription runs from 16/02/2026 to 15/02/2027

All of this information has now been automatically transferred into an active training cycle.

• In the "All courses" overview, you will now find a tile for Data Protection Basics, Information Security Basics, and Occupational Health and Safety in the Office.
• Inside each tile, you will see 1 active cycle.
• You can now access this training cycle either via the course tile or via the "All training cycles" overview.

All 100 learners and already completed course finishes were transferred as well and can be accessed anytime.

Even if you did not create this cycle yourself, you now have the option to retroactively edit this cycle and adjust its settings—just like any other training cycle you create in the future.

At any time, you can:

• Shorten the duration by bringing forward the end date
• Decide whether you want to send enrollment notifications when enrolling new learners in the future or not
• Enable/disable automatic reminders and freely choose the reminder interval
• Enroll new learners or remove learners
• End the training cycle (set the end date to today)
• Create new training cycles for this course

Only the start date of these transferred cycles cannot be changed, as these cycles were already active and thus had already started. You also cannot delete this cycle to ensure that no training data is lost.

What happened to earlier training cycles that are already completed? Where can I find their training data and certificates now?

These have not been lost either and were transferred 1-to-1—just like the actively running training cycles.

You can now find them in the "All training cycles" overview under either completed or inactive training cycles—depending on whether earlier courses might be linked to subscriptions that are no longer active.

There, too, you can re-download historical training data and certificates via the Training records at any time.
