Who is my Learning Administrator?

The Learning Administrator is your central point of contact for everything related to your training in LMS+. They act as a bridge between you as a learner and the lawpilots learning platform.

🛠 Responsibilities of the Learning Administrator

The Learning Administrators in your organization are typically responsible for the following tasks:

  • Administration & Invitations: They manage the participant lists and send out invitations and reminders for training courses.
  • Course Assignment: They decide which training courses are mandatory for which departments or individuals.
  • Questions about Content/Timeframes: They know by when a training course must be completed.
  • Error Reports & Support: They receive reports about technical issues. If they cannot resolve the problem internally, they forward the error report directly to lawpilots Service Team for review and resolution.

🔍 Where can I find my Learning Administrator?

Depending on the size and structure of your company, different departments may take on this role. Search your intranet or company directory for contacts in these areas:

  1. Human Resources (HR): In most cases, responsibility for employee development lies here.
  2. Compliance Officers: Especially for mandatory training (e.g., data protection, anti-money laundering), the Compliance department often manages these initiatives.
  3. Direct Supervisors: Your manager can usually tell you who coordinates the training internally.
  4. IT Department: For technical login issues (especially SSO), IT can often help directly or establish contact with the Learning Administrator.

💡Quick Tip: Check your training invitation email. It often contains a direct contact or a specific email address (e.g., training@yourcompany.com).
