# How to view and download training certificates received by your learners

To download individual or all certificates, go to the **Courses - All courses** area and click the tile of the course for which you want to download certificates.

In the overview of the corresponding training cycles, select the **Training records** tab at the top.

In this view, **select the cycle** for which you would like to download the certificates.

If you only need **an individual certificate for a specific person**, search for them and select **Download certificate** under **Actions** on the right side next to that person. You will receive the certificate as a direct download in PDF format.

If you would like to download all certificates at once, select the **Download all certificates** option at the top right instead.

You will then receive a ZIP file containing all certificates for this training cycle. Depending on the number of certificates, it may take a little time for the download to be generated and completed.
