# How to download training records

Here, too, two options are available to you:

### **Option 1: PDF summary of a specific training cycle**

To do this, select the desired course in the **Course** **\- All courses** area.

In the overview of the individual training cycles that then appears, switch to the **Training records** tab at the top.

Select the desired cycle you want to be displayed from the menu on the right. You now have the option to download an overview using the **Export PDF** button on the top right side.

This PDF overview then looks as follows:

### **Option 2: Download all training data for all training cycles as a CSV file**

Furthermore, you can also download all data for all learners and cycles collectively in a single CSV file. To do this, go to the **Courses** overview and click the **Export training data** button at the top right.

Confirm the action in the window that opens by clicking **Export**.

Note: The **Export training data** button remains grayed out while the system generates the file in the background in order to prevent accidental multiple exports. 

A few minutes later, you will receive an email from **service@lawpilots.com** with the subject line **"Your CSV Export is Ready"** sent to your email address stored in LMS+. This email contains a download button for the CSV file that is valid for 7 days. After that, a new export must be created.
